Saab 9-3 DPF back stainless custom exhaust

Today we had the pleasure of building a dual exit stainless steel custom exhaust for our client, he wished to have the system built to allow maximum flow and to look pleasing to the eye. So we hand made all the sections of the exhaust using pie cuts and tig welding all bends. The mid section was made using 2.25 2mm wall T304 stainless steel and was joined using x4 2 bolt stainless steel flanges, these flanges provide strength and stand the test of time. We made the rear section out of 2" T304 2mm wall stainless steel pipe and again made pie cuts to fabricate the bends. These were then paired to X2 14 x8 " centre offset 2" Bore stainless steel silencers to maximise flow rate, this was then finished using X2 3.5" slash cut Tips.
